The Shore Bowl is open to students in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. If you live elsewhere in the US, please check the NOSB’s Competition Map to find your local Bowl. If you are in western Connecticut and previously competed in the Quahog Bowl, and have not found a new home, please contact us right away about joining Shore Bowl.
Each competing team consists of a coach (see the Coaching Policy section of the NOSB Rules for more details) and at least four student members. A fifth student may act as an alternate (recommended). A team of three is not eligible to compete.
To be eligible to compete, a student must be enrolled for the current school year in grades nine, ten, eleven, or twelve at the team’s school or be participating through a student support organisation (private, parochial, and home schools are eligible).
